Compare the real cost.

A free SMTP plugin is often only half the bill. You still need a sending service, and email logs or email support can sit behind a paid tier. SendWP is one price for all of it.

Pricing questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us.

What’s the difference between the plans?

How many emails your site sends each month, and the level of support. Basic covers 1,000 emails a month, Premium 10,000 and Pro is unlimited, with premium support. Every plan includes sending from your own authenticated domain, the email log, the 30-day overview, queued sending, bounce and complaint tracking and your block list. There are no add-ons to buy.

How does the $1 first month work?

Pay monthly and your first month on any plan is $1. After that it’s the plan’s monthly price: $9, $19 or $39. Yearly plans don’t include the $1 month; they’re billed at the yearly price from the start.

Is yearly billing cheaper?

Yes. Basic is $99 a year instead of $108, Premium $199 instead of $228 and Pro $399 instead of $468.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay.

Do I still need an SMTP service?

No. SendWP is the sending service. The SendWP plugin routes the email WordPress already sends, so there are no SMTP settings to fill in and no second account to manage.

Is it priced per site?

Yes. Each site you connect has its own subscription, so every site gets its own log, overview and domain authentication.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from your SendWP account. Your site keeps sending through SendWP until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Do you offer a nonprofit discount?

We do. Registered nonprofits pay $6 a month or $72 a year per site. Apply on our nonprofit discount page with your certificate of incorporation and tax exemption letter, and the SendWP team will review it and write back.
