Features

Everything your WordPress email needs.

Authenticated sending from your own domain, a record of every email, another try when a send doesn’t go through and help when you need it. Here’s what SendWP does for your site.

The panels on this page are illustrations with sample emails, not real data.

Every WordPress email

If WordPress sends it, SendWP sends it.

The SendWP plugin routes the email WordPress already sends. Password resets, contact form alerts, WooCommerce receipts, membership and course notices, new-user and comment emails: they all take the same reliable road. No SMTP settings, no code, nothing for your other plugins to change.

Domain authentication, done with you

Proof it’s really you. Without the DNS headache.

Inbox providers trust email that can prove where it came from. We give you the exact DKIM and SPF records to add, plus a recommended DMARC record, and check them for you. Each one shows Configured once it’s in place, and you can recheck any time.

Built for the inbox

Give every email its best shot at the inbox.

Out of the box, WordPress sends mail with nothing to prove it came from you, and Gmail and Outlook notice. SendWP sends it signed for your own domain, so your resets and receipts look like what they are: real email from a real business.

“Sent” means SendWP sent the email out. If the receiving server turns it away, your log shows it as bounced. No sender can see which folder an email lands in, and we’ll never pretend otherwise.

Email log

“Did that email send?” Now you know.

Every email your site sends shows up in your log with its status: sent, bounced, failed or blocked. Search by recipient, sender or subject, filter by status and open any email to see what was sent and what happened to it. You keep at least 30 days of email logs.

Queued sending

A hiccup gets another try.

Your site hands each email to SendWP, which queues it and sends it from there. If a send attempt doesn’t go through, SendWP tries again before it marks the email as failed, and your log shows the reason so nothing slips by quietly.

Bounces, complaints and your block list

See bad addresses. Stop sending to them.

When an email bounces, your log shows it with the reason. Spam complaints are flagged on the email and counted on your Deliverability page. Add any address or domain to your block list and SendWP stops sending to it.

Reports

Your email’s health, at a glance.

Your overview charts the last 30 days of sends, bounces and failures, day by day, alongside your delivery rate and bounce rate. A glance tells you whether things are humming along or need a look.
